CANCELLATION POLICY:

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy, full appointment charges may be incurred. Please make contact as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment.

FACILITIES:

Roadside parking is along the right hand side of the Deighton main street.

INITIAL ASSESSMENT:

At your initial assessment you will be asked to complete and sign a medical form and a GDPR consent form. This is in accordance with GDPR laws. A copy of our GDPR policy here at Swan Health is available on request.
