After a full assessment you’ll get a simple explanation of your problem along with a proposed plan of management. Treatment may include joint mobilisation, massage and/or acupuncture and because we like you to keep moving and being active, an exercise program will be tailored to your needs. You’ll also be given some advice, this usually relates to posture and activity modification.
